Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak founded Apple Inc.  back in in 1976. The key reason behind the foundation of the multinational corporation was the vision of changing the manner in which people perceived technology and computers. Today, the corporation has grown to become one of the biggest innovators in the industry. Experts consider it the second largest company in terms of Information Technology (IT). The ability of the company to offer a variety of high-tech products is a key issue that differentiates it from other companies. The application of user-friendly software and fashionable products combined with the application of the latest technology make the company be a facilitator in the improvement of operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction is a process that needs appropriate reach in order to meet up with the demand. Apple Inc. Takes the initiative of ensuring that it conducts effective surveys to collect the required information about the improvements that they have to make about their products. The surveys are conducted on the market, which includes individual users and companies to ensure that the products are cared based on their specifications.[1]

The use of interviews is also common as it entails asking important questions about the company products. Lastly, the use of questionnaires is also common, based on the fact that it has a wide field coverage that enables Aplle Inc. To assemble the correct information.

Apple works towards energy preservation by ensuring that its products use only renewable sources of energy. 100% of the company products use renewable energy sources. All of them use electricity, which is a renewable source of energy. Ideally, it is a project that has proven to be 100% effective after it was implemented by the corporation.[2]

It was a project that aimed at reducing the greenhouse emissions, which is a contributor to the existing changes in the current climate conditions. The finance department explains that it has allocated a total of 12% of its annual budget on ensuring that the company uses renewable energy sources in its production of devices.

Apple Inc. Applies a democratic leadership technique that allows the company to focus. Tim Cook employs the managerial technique to ensure that an inclusive strategy is applied in company operations. It has created room for diversity and innovation, making the company have a better competitive position within the industrial domain. Through the democratic leadership technique, it is evident that the practice has increased innovation, leading to the production of hi-tech products that fit the needs of the customers. Experts explain that it contributes to 50% customer loyalty based on the perfect client experiences that the customers undergo while using their products.[3]

Therefore, the democratic leadership style is fundamental to the success of the company. 

In summary, Apple Inc has succeeded in its industrial domain based on diversity and innovation. To ensure that it remains competitive, the company ensures that conducts thorough research through the use of surveys, interviews, and questionnaires. The methodologies enable the company to innovate and produce products that would meet up the expectations of the customers. Additionally, the corporation is keen on solving the climate problem in the community by creating products that only use renewable sources of energy. The step creates an eco-friendly environment for the users. Lastly, the company uses the democratic leadership technique in its daily operations.
