Acknowledging the essence of corporate governance, principles along with benefits derived from their adoption, organizational practices follow international standards and practice and opts for the systemic adoption of these principles, throughout its operations. IRB, therefore, serves a crucial role in the protection of the welfare and rights of human research subjects. The aim of the IRB review is to guarantee, both in advance and by periodic evaluation, those suitable steps are taken to safeguard the welfare of workers’ rights.

Describe the Role of an Organization’s Technology PMO

Organizations normally create a project management office (PMO) to standardize project management templates, techniques, tools, and processes (Weinstein & Jacques, 2013). In the context of an information technology company, a project management officer usually preserves a respiratory for project plans, proposals, change requests, and status reports. By supervising several IT projects, the PMO makes sure that the projects conform to established standards. Moreover, the manager enhances project management capabilities within the firm by offering coaching, mentoring, and training to staff members, aiming to improve their skills and competence. Each user is expected to follow the generally accepted use of internet etiquette, which includes (Lloyd, 2017):

Users should not engage in unlawful activities;

Users should desist from using the network in a way that is disruptive to other users;

No one is allowed to reveal personal and confidential details such as social security numbers, phone numbers, and personal address;

Users are not allowed to use vulgarities or swear or use any language that is deemed inappropriate.
