How do the elements of sound tracks in the conversation work together to contribute to the Films Narratives

The current corporate world does not want to be left behind. In a way they start a systematic change not on how things operate, but on how to develop them better and efficiently. Different things have been evolving gradually from simple to a more complex. They become more clear and efficient enhancing high definition end products. All this happens across the board from entertainment industries to production of the films. Film as a visual communication which uses moving pictures and sounds chronologically arranged to tell a given event. Film Narrative is a concept play that tell about something invented which necessarily it’s not true. Narrative film help convince viewers that the unfolding stories is real. They entail stories, events that happen on a daily basis. On different incidences they may hypothesizes on future changes which may happen in the society. This essay will focus on how sound track as a key element to the conversation works together to various changes to contribute to the film narrative.

Transition of sounds to accompany movies was first invented, they used simple sounds effects and narration. The simple sound effects were at first backward and of low quality. This later led to emergence of hiccups within production of movies. The technical problems led to guarding the stages with sound proofs. This caused the production industries a shilling higher by hiring sound effects engineers. In any film production sound track is key instruments used. Sound track is an audio recording created in film production. The audio recording may in other way used as a background play which may predict on what may happen next. The Soundtrack first came into public domain in the early 1940.It was first seen as a promotional device for new films, these were placed on sales purposes and advertised as music from original motion picture soundtracks.

Despite of different opinions on the effects of sound tracks in Film production, types of sounds emerged in the production. These includes Narration and voice over, music tracks, sound track and dialogue effects (Tannen 1993,p 1).

The most important action in film production consists mainly of direct presentation of speech and action. Generally there is no narrative without narrator. Creativity of the narrator moves the viewer making them falling in love with the manuscript. The narrator solves many problems which my technically arise. The Narrator in away blends specific modes of relaying out of the information he wants to pass out. Speech is the ability to express yourself, individuals can express themselves through talking and hamming. This can be done by vocalized form of communication used by humans and sometimes animals. Animals communicates always by behavior and  the sounds they have. Each spoken word is created out of the liquistic combination of a limited set of vowel and consonants .These vocabularies created through the vowels and consonants gives rise to many different words .The words created ensured effective communication. People always watch persons speak and act so as to know the exact prose of the story. Most of the time verbal presentation is very important. Through speech films narratives are in a position to produce stories from different languages to be passed to different cultures and gender considering age groups in the society.

This verbal presentation includes direct speech and indirect speech. Direct speech is the most representation narrative mode; it gives a complete illusion of direct information. When using direct speech in film narratives audiences are in a position to know the person to be addressed to. Most of the time during conversation, actor’s names indicate that different people are speaking. Characters are portrayed on how they answer and respond during conversation.

Direct speech can also be used by reporting a phrase. We have the first second and third personas during conversation. Indirect speech uses formulas in utterance from present to past then to past perfect. This create clearly a flow of words conversed and the reported speech given out within the production. During film production all the direct and indirect speech is used for a clear cut prose for effective communication in the film production. The most suitable communication must be adhere to so as not to be a miss in the flow of the story but when direct and indirect speech are implied in film production. Creativity and creation of an overall meaning for a specific end results is achieved (Rosen1986, p 366).

Music tracks are one of several pieces of songs placed together in a compact disk. They can be played in audio or visually. They are musical recording in a magnetic strip onto which sound can be played. With several tracks on one magnetic strip or a CD they are used in film narratives to portray different meaning. Background music is commonly used so as to relay important issues within the play. We have diegetic sounds which are sound whose source is visible on the screen or the source is implied to be present by the action of the film and voices of character made by objects in the story. Most dietetics sounds can either be on screen or off screen depending on the source within the frame. On the other hand we have sounds whose source are neither visible nor has been implied on to be present in action. This may include mood music and sound effect added for the dramatic effect.

The issues may at times used to pass very important signal without necessarily uttering a single word. The value of soaring  musical track scores , since our senses are heighten when we get some sounds  making us to be anxious on what is going to happen next. When our level of anxiety goes up we are in dilemma on what is supposed to happen next Big emotions are brought in when music booms out.

The end product of film narratives should be showcased to the audience or the industries. Most of the time film producers will be in a position to play with viewers psychologically making them grilled to the Televisions. For this to be achieved, we can use music track for example noise of panic in film narratives. We can employ extreme vibration to get the emotional centered so as to induce fear, anxiety, and extreme sorrow and shivering. These sinister tones tell us that something scary is about to happen or that a character who seems friendly is actually dangerous. Since some sounds are associated with this it can be used in prior to natural disaster and such as storms and earthquake. Moods can be established within no time, it can be changed (Gorbman, 1980, p 47).

Film narratives always want to give their product a powerful hit. Sound is a really powerful tool for storytelling and has a huge impact on the prose of the story. When implementing soundtracks they must be in layers with different programming to rhyme on the storyline. Sounds are added into the film narrative to create and stimulate reality.  Sounds are very distinctive since the reality it comes with can be at some point very contradictive. Sounds effect can create moods.  A sudden change from hectic music to silence can be shocking, and a few seconds of silence in a dialogue scene can build up anticipation and tension. You don’t usually want complete silence: the basic background ‘ambience’ of the location should usually carry on.

We have a type of sound editor who convene, adjust and edits all dialogue in films and television.

They are called dialogue track or dialogue editor. They use different editors to harmonize every details previously recorded. The dialogue track is used in films narrative to automatically save the recorded plays within the production.

The actors are in a position to find the error and mistakes they have done and make necessary mistakes thereof.

It helps us do the work for the first time check on it on and on through the splits since the dialogue track is always on. It is the master tracker telling the story through sound elements during film production dialogue track are very key in production since it acts as an auto correct machine for a follow up (Davenport,Smith, and Pincever,1991,p 214).

In conclusion film production and narrative is an industry in the business world. Its main aim is to captivates its viewers and maximize profit. For all this to be captured it must produce quality output for its customers. During production sound track is a major tool and element in film narratives. The major sound tracks which are important are narration and voice over which entails speech, direct and indirect speech which rolls over for accurate communication and well laid information passed to the viewers, Music tracks and sounds effects which instills the mood of the movies and lastly the dialogue track which acts as a saver mode to the production company so that it can be in a position to know where mistakes are done and need to be corrected.
