They care about preventing individuals and various groups from being subjected to political repression and discrimination on the part of ruling governments or private organizations. All members of society are guaranteed to participate in the political and civic life of the state through the activism process. Civic rights include the right to equitable treatment and protection, as well as the freedoms of speech, association, movement, and worship, as well as the right to vote and the dissemination of ideas and views through the media. This paper is set to discuss about Justice Antonio Scalia who is one of the most influential civil rights figures who was an extraordinary person and a jurist who is still relevant in the present century.
