The ideal job offer, in my opinion, is to work for Twitter. The company gives people the chance to collaborate with them on several levels. As a result, each employee can devote themselves to tasks that match their skills and their own interests. However, the employees at Apple have a responsibility of designing innovation from time to time to suit technological changes and consumer demands. The company faces competition from several dealers in the industry, and it always aims to be unique and produce the highest quality goods and services.

Organizational culture

Organizational culture is made up of a system of beliefs and values that govern the behaviour of people in a company. It dictates the performance of duty and the satisfaction of the employees which in turn affects the general output of an enterprise. Different companies have varying cultures that match their objectives, goals, and assumptions.
