Taking note that the primary objective of the company is to please the client by making sure they have the best cloth outline, the company has always been focused on making sure that they remain on the top of the invention cycle. The industrial and home gaps represent a large proportion of the market opportunity. Hence it is favorable to ensure that the company remains to fulfill the needs as they actively engage in making sure that they achieve their common goal. The export market is also one place that the firm can set eyes on taking consideration that it has potential. The company has made sure that it remains committed and focused on making the price affordable. Outreach Program

Participating in community services has proved to be beneficial the nation takes part and sponsors an outreach association assistance that is bound to help the needy in the society. Community service is the work that is done to a person or a group of people collectively with the aim to benefit. One factor that the company realized is making sure that the outreach program is done near the area where the organization is set (Lynton, 2016). It proves to be important since the community can reap the benefits of the program. Understanding that one is not paid for participating in such a program the company dedicated themselves to make sure that they sponsor and take part in the activity.

The company annually organizes an event in their premises to raise money for a local charity organization. Realizing that there exist needy people who require support and care the foundation saw it must be compassionate in setting such a structure (Sector, 2006). The event brings people from different fields that are invited to raise funds that would be donated to one of the local charity organization that the company supports. The associations due to their line of work donate clothing, blankets, and different material products that are bound to help the needy in the community. The benefits of volunteering are numerous. When it comes to the company volunteering it shows and reflects the means of helping others and improving the community. XYZ Company has been accorded praise for the initiatives that it has committed itself to making sure that it is reached (Reed, Aquino, & Levy, 2007). Such acclamation raises the fame of the company raising its status in global acknowledgment. The company has attributed their success to the various projects that they have undertaken one of them being the donation event that they set up annually.

As you are aware of the company has mandated itself to annually organize an outreach community event that is bound to help the needy in the society by participating in a fundraising for a charity organization locally. It is important that the meeting has to be attended by the strategic planning employees to plan for the event that will take part soon. The primary objectives of the meeting will be discussed therefore, it is highly important that everyone invited attends without failure.

The event of this year will raise awareness in the community by advocating for success growth where for the first time the company shall also take in some individuals from the community to train them hence improving their outcomes to success. Hence it is highly convenient that the invited employees and board members come prepared for the meeting that will outline the plans that the company has set for the event. The gathering shall take place at the main auditorium of the company on the date stipulated above. There will be some special attendants that will come to communicate about the importance of community outreach such talks will strengthen the belief that we have on giving back to the society. In regard to the event the subject will be mainly focused on strategic planning and from there henceforth proper plans will be brought forward.
