In this contract, cultural relativism and moral relativism ethical issues arise. There are different values that each of the party holds. Both parties are bound to these ethical issues and as pointed out by Arenas & Wilson (2008), breach of contracts may lead to the agreement being affected by these ethical issues which may result to reduced cultural expectations as well as flexibility. In additions, loopholes that were supposed to be avoided by the contract will begin to appear.
