Nazi Party Essay

An ideology that was accepted and shared by millions of people in Germany gave rise to the Nazi party. Nazi adherents responded to the theorems or propositions found in their doctrines, and this is how their activities and actions developed. The defense of the country against outsiders (external influence) is central to Nazi Party nationalism in order to ensure the survival of the German people. Furthermore, the Nazi Party claimed that nationalism in Germany had waned and turned into a form of commercial loyalty. To them believing in the nation is the responsibility of all people and not for an industrial clique, class, and for individuals of rank. Therefore, for nationalism to be realized, it is critical to separate the external from the contemporary (Carlisle 244).

Also, according to Nazi Party, socialism is the ability to maintain German racial existence whereby through it people can reclaim the rebirth of the German state and political freedom. However, for socialism to function, it has to walk hand in hand with nationalism to guarantee fatherland, freedom, and the future. Also, based on the ideology of the Nazi Party liberal and Marxism ideologies degrades socialism to embrace capitalism, yet based on their understanding, socialism deals with justice and necessity and issues beyond why people exist. Therefore, for socialism to be achieved nation must be free outside and inside (Carlisle 244).

Why do you think the pamphlet targets Jews as enemies of the German people?

Because of the great depression of the 1930s, millions of people all over the world were disillusioned, hungry, and out of work. Nazi Party capitalized on the downhearted of the people and blamed all German's misfortunes on the Jews. This helped the Nazi party to gain broad support from the people since they promised to restore Germany national glory and revive the economy. Jews were targeted as the enemies of the German people because they never involved themselves more on social issues and they mainly concentrated on the business. Since they were not highly involved with a social problem and they supported capitalism, the Nazis viewed themselves as Germany freedom fighter, and it is because of this that Nazis blamed the Jews as the reason why Germany lost the First World War (Carlisle 245).

Also, the Nazis considered Jews as the enemies of the people, because they believed it was because of them that Germans were divided between left and right and even causing the country to split into two halves. Moreover, they believed that the Jews never cared about finding solutions to social problems facing the Germans and they only thrived on peoples' misery (Carlisle 245).

What does the pamphlet suggest about the link between the Nazis' racial views and their goals for Germany's future?

The goal of Nazis' racial ideologies was to establish the New Order within the conquered regions under Germany dominion. This New Order establishment started before the Second World War, though Adolf Hitler proclaimed it in 1941. Nazis believed in the establishment of a pan-German racial state that is structured based on the Nazi ideologies to guarantee the supremacy of the pure German-race, the physical termination of the Jews, the enslavement or expulsion and extermination of Slavic individuals who are racially inferior, and extensive territorial expansion towards eastern Europe using the colonization method in collaboration with German settlers (Goodrick-Clarke 67).

Furthermore, the link between the Nazis' racial views and their future goal of New Order is well portrayed on their nationalism and socialism ideologies, which are against other aspects, such as liberal and Marxism ideologies. It is because of this that Jews are considered as a threat towards this New Order since they were viewed as a capitalist who believed in liberal and Marxism ideologies which Nazis believed were a threat to nationalism and socialism. Therefore, it is because of this, that Nazis uphold that, the only way to achieve their New Order was to remove the Jews from Germany (Goodrick-Clarke 71).
