The enclosing of the constitution and revolution

The most significant impact of the American Civil War is the revolution and enclosing of the constitution. The nation's numerous sectors undergo a significant transformation as a result of the reconstruction. One of the accomplishments of the civil war was that without it, the country would not be reaping the benefits of the constitution's reconstruction. Though it is more subdued than it once was, the legacy of slavery still permeates American culture. The primary illustration is how people used to talk about the nation. Prior to the American Civil War, "these United States" was frequently used in the multiple. Nevertheless, after the civil war, the language changed, and people including other nations talked “the United States,” in the singular. The state has moved from being a confederation of quasi-independent nations to a single country, thanks to the civil war in America (Fields, 2012). Furthermore, before the existence of civil war, there was not freedom of movement to other nations. In so doing, most people rarely had knowledge concerning other countries. Nevertheless, with the occurrence of civil, people can now move freely to other nations, hence creating a national consciousness. The America’s military came first to fruition, during the civil war. However, before the war, the American military had no power as compared to the Europe’s military strength. Due to the powerlessness of the country, the Britain fought America to a standstill. The rescue of Americans come from Europe, which distracted the focus of the Britain military (Franklin and Higginbotham, 2009). It is at this point that the American state declared its potential to other nations to have power with their military group. The amendments of the constitution occur more frequently to capture recent events. Today, the virtue that all men have similar creation, so they are equal exists in the constitution. Therefore, the reformation and reconstruction of the American constitution is one of the major legacy of civil war in the American history.

Abolition in America is usual, and most people are used to the idea that American abolition was a great imposter of civil war in the country. Abolition goes hand in hand with equality, and most of the abolished acts were about the rights of the citizens of the nation. Slave trade and power one of the major practice that denied the people the right to exercise freedom. It is important to understand the abolishment lead to equality (Fields, 2012). From then the blacks received equal treatment with that of the white people. It is not clear to indicate that abolitionists directly caused a civil war. However, they played a critical part in the public era. Te acts they have of helping the people in slavery lead to civil war in the country. The abolitionist formed more operational and powerful military weapons. More attacks that are military based occurred due to slavery, which eventually leads to civil war. The Northern slave had many skills as compared to slaves in other parts of America. The Northern slaves had filled up several positions such as tailors, weavers and artisans (Franklin and Higginbotham, 2009). In so doing, they gained a little power to enable them to negotiate with their masters with the intention of gaining protection. The white were jealous of the idea, and most often they petitioned against them. However, with the existence of freed slave they the northern occupants left the occupations. There on they had no opportunity to change their freedom situation. The White won as the slaves lost the only chance they had to change tables.
