The Importance of Music in My Life

According to Vuilleumier and Trost (219), music is not only linked to entertainment but also revoke people’s emotions. It has impacts on social, emotional, and intellectual capabilities of individuals. Although some people find it hard to listen to music while performing tasks that require concentration, music has always been my source of peaceful mindset. Exams stress me up and deny me a peaceful mind. Music not only brings me peace and harmony but also reconnects me with my past life, enhances my concreted and aids my critical thinking. I have constant record higher performance while studying with classical music compared to studying in a quiet library environment. I enjoy almost all genres of music and play them at different times and seasons. Over the past, I have constructed crazy and innovative ideas while listening to cool music. For instance, I figured out my first business idea while listening to music. Today, the idea has transformed into a startup. According to Vuilleumier and Trost (217), music helps boost physical and mental performance by keeping people active.

Although I listen to all music genres, I find classical music very instrumental in shaping my personality. I believe that music has modeled into a hardworking, peaceful, and motivated person. Examples of classical tracks that top my playlist include “A Beautiful Mind,” “Well-Tempered Clavier,” and “Canon in D.” Today, I consider classical music an essential part of my life. My loving for classical music prompted me to join an as singing group. The group activities have exposed me to different platforms while giving me opportunities to network and share innovative ideas. I find intrinsic value in listening to classical genres. It boosts my focus on the particular activity I do, thereby improving my performance and experience.
