Analysis of Asics Company. Sports enthusiasts are a focus of the Asics Company. The business was founded in 1949 as an athletic footwear business by Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka. Basketball shoes were made in Kobe by the company, formerly known as Onitsuka Company Limited. The Latin proverb "Anima Sana in Corpore Sano" — a sound mind in a sound body — is the source of the name Asics, which was adopted in 1977. The requirement was centered on fostering a positive outlook on life and boosting overall fitness. Its products were released in the USA the same year, which had a big impact on the company's ability to remain in business. In the 1980s, a research school was started in Kobe to support on studying on the wears suitable for sports. The research center also has test rooms and centers where all the tests are conducted and ensure that their products are of maximum help to the sportsmen (Rico, 2006).

Their mission is to top in production of sports brands. The usage of modern technology has assisted in the manufacture of quality products hence making steps towards the accomplishment of their mission (Pfeiffer & Jones, 1972). They monitor human movement parts and decide on the best way to make a shoe which is suitable for that wear. The use of technology has helped in research and fast production of shoes. It has also created many job opportunities for many people in the word. These are the manufacture, the computer operators, the sample testers, the researchers, and also the athletes among other people.

The continued urge to produce the best quality and top in the manufacture of sportswear has been the front line that has enabled Asics to fight other substitutional products in the market. Competition has been high among other companies that each work on bringing the other related firms down and emerge as the top and the best company. Asics have managed to win the battle for a long period of time and have maintained the same position (Rico, 2006).

Earlier people used to wear no shoes and walked bare footed. This was so disadvantageous since they got often injured by sharp objects which even caused infection by diseases. Sports shoes to athletics brought a lot of impact since now with shoes one can run for a long distance without any injury. The sports shoes are created with a strong sole which prevents objects from penetrating to the leg. With this impact, many people have been drawn into competition since there no threats of injuries. Other shoes that were made in the old days were cumbersome and hard thus creating injuries and inability to use them in leisure wear (Pfeiffer & Jones, 1972).

Despite protection from objects that may be on the ground, the sports shoes have been a great threat to the competitors. Some of the sports people are careless and ruthless such that they use the shoes to cause injuries to other people. This is very harmful since shoes are manufactured in different brands. There are the ones with rubber/soft soles and others which have hard/metallic soles. The metallic shoes have led to the suffering of other people (Rico, 2006).

The creation of the company at Kobe has brought a lot of impacts among the citizens and also to the whole world; most of the international sportsmen generally visit this place. In their visit, here they are taken significant tourists where they are made to pay some fees to gain access to the country (Rico, 2006). This is an impact even to the government of Kobe since they earn revenue for development of the state. It has also created urbanization in the place. All facilities including transport, communication, and many others are available in the area. Having excessive development in place, it has led to high cost of living in the area where many people vacated to other territories in search of affordable places to spend their lifetime (Keenan, Franz, Dicharry, Della Croce, & Kerrigan 2011).

Asics company have had a large market across the world based on international sports the products from Asics firm are mostly used. This means that the organization has dominated the market and has taken the largest share of it. This has aided in the extension of the company and production of other sport wear apart from the shoes. Asics have also expanded its branches thus having various places almost in each continent across the world.

Manufacturer of sportswear has made many people engage themselves in leisure activities, thus creating body fitness too. This makes people stronger and capable of fighting diseases that may cause unnecessary complications in their organisms. Body fitness has enabled many people to stay robust and healthy (Keenan, Franz, Dicharry, Della Croce, & Kerrigan 2011).

Lastly, according to my analysis, Asics Company has brought a lot of impacts, which, without them, would have been a great challenge to many people. A lot of people have discovered their talents through the use of the Asics products. Many athletes have revealed that it is through the use of goods that one recognizes his or her strengths. They claim to have tried to use the product in a proper way and later become victorious. Through continued use of a particular product, someone is able to know what he or she can do best. Use of leisure activities to keep the bodies fit should be a recommendable subject of our lifestyle which should be made compulsory to everyone in need of good health. Various states should come up with their own products to their citizens. States should also reduce the taxes imposed on the importation of Asics goods and other body fit products so that many people can acquire them at fair prices.
