Happiness of Dancing

According to Gotz (2010), happiness is not just one thing, but many matters which have been studied, argued, as well as practices for centuries in many places and climes. Often, when humans are asked if they are happy, they tend to supply answers depending on their personal conceptions of happiness. One’s conception may range from that of interrogator who may not be unaware of the truth behind their conception. Therefore, Gotz (2010) posits that people can also deem themselves differently at different instances in their lives, depending on their life instances and their estimates of themselves. Dancing is one of the circumstances that estimates one’s ability to move with a series of rhythmical steps. In this manner, one will always be happy to move his or her body in correspondence with music rhyme thereby expressing his or her happiness of dancing. Happiness in dancing can be individually performed or performed as a group.
