The Group and Problem-Solving

The group was made up of a mix of individuals with various backgrounds, viewpoints, and personalities. According to Beebe and Masterson (2015), problem-solving entails choices, deliberations, actions, and thoughts that develop from the initial consideration of a problematic situation to the desired outcome. Participants in the conversation were receptive to many points of view. Every time a fresh concept was proposed, it was enthusiastically welcomed and discussed. Nobody disagreed with anyone else, according to Messiou and Ainscow (2015), and most participants had the same beliefs and ideals. Nevertheless, despite the fact that everyone had a comparable understanding of the subject under debate, there were new ideas and varied responses. All in all, the team had the consensus of some ideas, and members settled on a few issues. Nevertheless, every participant did bring an independent viewpoint to the discussion.

The Climate of the Discussion

The climate of the discussion was accepting and open to every person. This means that it was supportive, constructive and respectful (Beebe & Masterson, 2015). By the time the first posts were made, the participant's views were highlighted then it was concluded with an inquiry to welcome everybody else's notions. In agreement with Rohde et al., (2013) by doing this, members are not merely asserting how they feel about the issue, but as well enabling others to mention their ideas. When other associates were prepared to post, they pass on to what was said by the first member and then begin to share their thoughts. Subsequently, a discussion would be made after that on whether they disagreed or agreed. Besides, there were responses to some points of discussion, provided by the team and thoughts were posted directly to address the inquiries at hand. Finally, everything was open to everyone.
