Required Duties

a) Enter customers purchase owned and sales orders SAP Business One system, regularly updating customers’ orders, issues or other queries by evaluating records and make suggestions.

b) Conserve customer relationships through troubleshooting, resolving and analyzing customer complaints including internal escalation if required.

c) Facilitates the production premises in organizing inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries to help the assigned accounts.

d) Sustains interior and exterior supply chains through verifying manufacturing plans and ascertaining the customer’s supplies are available to fill requests.

e) Participates regularly in preparing events with clients and manufacturing scheduler to guarantee internal and external demands are contented to satisfy prevailing orders or forthcoming predictions through aiding client account with outside coverage as requested.

f) Assists the company’s workforce as expected by Supporting different sectors to market new products as assigned.

Required skills

High school diploma or GED equivalent, have been a customer service position for 3-5 years. Technical skills; must be conversant with Microsoft office, strong understanding of cash business cycle order and ERP experience with SAP ECC and SAP business one of equivalent. Soft skills; must have strong written and verbal communication and ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
