Personal Statement Essay

My present prerogative is professional training through education to become a professional personal trainer where I plan to exhibit my great passion for fitness, health, and general wellbeing. As I work to make people's lives better, I hope to have the opportunity to educate, mentor, guide, and help people reach their fitness potential. A university education puts me in a better situation to gain the knowledge and abilities necessary to be a good trainer as I direct others toward physical exercise. When I was in high school, I developed an early interest in exercise and focused more on physical education. This interest is supported by my background in the aspect of culture, nationality together with education, which predisposes me to be better equipped with skills in sports and physical training. I am currently pursuing Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science

My involvement in this field has been a complete success, evident from the positive feedback in all the organizations I have involved myself with. I was elected to be the chairperson of Sport and Exercise Club in February 2016, a position I diligently serve up to date. Here I lead my members where we engage, educate, and empower Americans citizens to adopt a healthy lifestyle which involves exercises. I have stimulated and enhanced coordination of programs which promote physical activities and appropriate diet. It is during my tenure that the club has gotten and retained the most substantial number of members which I can as one of my achievement I have attained as a leader.

For a year I was involved in UCF housing, residence hall and apartment patrol. My duties and responsibilities included communicating with numerous personnel like police officers, emergency, and medical technicians. I was involved in implementing and enforcing that housing and university policies concerning the conduct of the citizens. During that year I was included in educating residents on resources provided by the Department of Housing Residence Life.

In November 2016 I was elected as the chairperson of John T. Washington Honor Society which is offer community services to all the citizens. During the Spring this year I was also selected the chairperson of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity which also provides community services. Here I have been involved in planning numerous community services. I have participated in providing mentorship to children mainly educating them on ways to develop their leadership skills. Such positions have presented me with chances to attend workshops for professional self-development. The community service projects I have led have had been very successful, and we have won numerous awards.

As an intern at UCF sports performance, I was involved in setting up and maintaining the weight rooms. I also assisted in assisting the strength and conditioning coach with workouts and athletes. I used to write case studies on numerous current topics concerning sports performance. It is through this that I learned of being a good planner, and keeping record appropriately.
