Taking the necessary steps in a strategized manner where each of the elements has different needs, issues and resources is an effective method in this case. There are various ways through which these ethical practices influence the quantitative business model. In a healthcare facility, ethical business practices lead to smooth selection application and evaluation of an analytical, quantitative business model.

One of the significant ethical practice which is adopted by many healthcare facilities is the practice of Codes of Conduct or the Codes of Ethics. Different scholars argue that there is a big difference between these two codes of ethics which are practiced by the facilities. These two elements contain various sections which define the relationship between the critical, critical parties of the facility such as the suppliers, employees, competitors, shareholders, and patients including the society. The code of conduct describes explicitly the values of the healthcare facility and how they reflect the other benefits related to the community.

On the other hand, the codes of conduct describe the set principals who are fundamental to any organization. Notably, these set of principals also explain the behavior and they also direct it in a specific way. Besides, they also demonstrate why particular actions are prohibited or expected. The appropriate behavior is conducted by imposing fare specific prohibitions which may be harmful to either of the parties controlling the facility. In case of a particular situation, there is a specific way which the healthcare facility is supposed to behave or act. The action taken in case of a problem should also be fair and should not violate the rules of rights of either party. By carrying out most of the practices advocated by the code of ethics and the code of the conduct of the organization, the hospital would have influenced the selection, evaluation, and application of the business model which runs the entire facility.

The selection of an appropriate business model reflects the ethical practices of an organization through various ways. For instance, if the healthcare facility model is necessary, then the specific codes of ethics of the model should be accurate and straight to the point. In this case, they should not be detailed, but they should preferably be clear (Horkoff et al. 2014). When they are clear to every party, then no party suffers from any misinformation. All affairs will be run smoothly, and this will make most of the stakeholders of the hospital to act ethically. Ethical actions will also be fair to every party, and all systems of the model will run smoothly since there will be no complaints amongst other specific elements which may introduce undesirable characteristics to the people concerned with the facility.

Besides, the information contained in the code of ethics should be understandable and at the same time help the people running the business to come up with the best decision all the time and also when the need arises. In this case, it is critical to ensure that all members of the healthcare facility are educated accordingly. Besides, the appropriate demonstration of leadership and guided practice should be practiced across all individuals within the hospital. Indeed, the selection of the best business model reflects the ethical practices by ensuring that there is no conflict of interest within the hospital and by also providing that the funds, records and the assets are well documented and operated transparently something which minimizes conflicts.

First and foremost, the individuals need to come together and find the champion of the facility, and this is always the senior person in the organization (the chief doctor). By doing this, they will be able to respect the activities and operations of the healthcare facility. Besides, the act of getting endorsements from the board and the chairman is the other important thing which the patients, the nurses and the doctors of the facility can take. On the other side, it is also essential for the management team to establish the main issues which bother the healthcare facility and this case both patients and doctors are put into consideration. In this case, the management can ensure that the patients and the health practitioners talk about various sensitive issues or some values which require some form of guidance.

In general, it is essential for the healthcare facility management to pick a model which is well tested by making sure that it reviews the codes of other healthcare facilities which makes the firms to decide on the best areas which are best applicable for the facility. Besides, coming up with an external or an internal group of representatives which tests all tests of conducts and ethics drafted for the hospital is also a significant action which can be taken by the management. The vital components of ethical hospital practices include the acts of setting leaders as an example, letting the ethics to be the core values, discussing ethics openly, applying the rules consistently, sharing concerns and involving everyone during the rulemaking processes just mentioning a few.
