The modern world has been dominated by human disparities. Racism, gender discrimination, and gender bias have become some of the most complex challenges of the twenty-first century. Concerns about the future of our civilisation and growth have been raised by the gaps between various racial and gender groups. One of the main vices of the twenty-first century is still the problem of racism, including abuse, prejudice, and disdain. This subject has come up often, giving many people and organizations several reasons to be concerned about the future. This is bearing in mind that it is one of the problems carried from the previous generations.

Addressing and reversing the gender imbalance

Some organizations and welfare groups have been making considerable efforts to address and reverse the gender imbalance which is becoming a common practice in many frontiers. Education, migration, hiring, promotion processes have been controlled by racism and scenes of discrimination.
