The modern world and human disparities

The modern world has been dominated by human disparities. Racism, gender discrimination, and gender bias have become some of the most complex challenges of the twenty-first century. Concerns about the future of our civilisation and growth have been raised by the gaps between various racial and gender groups. One of the main vices of the twenty-first century is still the problem of racism, including abuse, prejudice, and disdain. This subject has come up often, giving many people and organizations several reasons to be concerned about the future. This is bearing in mind that it is one of the problems carried from the previous generations.

Addressing and reversing the gender imbalance

Some organizations and welfare groups have been making considerable efforts to address and reverse the gender imbalance which is becoming a common practice in many frontiers. Education, migration, hiring, promotion processes have been controlled by racism and scenes of discrimination. Many research experts have spent plenty of time and resources in offering potential policy implications to address the issue which has become a global challenge. Women and the oppressed in the society are the most affected demographic. The battle against racism, discrimination, and bias is a challenge which should be faced by all regardless of economic and social class.

Topic Justification

The topic of the need to fight Racism, Gender Discrimination, and Gender Bias is a very critical tool in fighting the mounting pressure of a divided society. It is well suited elaborating the broad sense of meaning and relevance of this course. It pulls together the mechanisms of handling racism and discrimination which are affecting our community adversely. The topic shades a lot of light in the direction to counter the menace and negative issues associated with the practices which have been outlawed and pointed as anti-civilization attributes facing humanity. Once the issue is addressed and better measures resolved, racial abuses would be on the decline.

The troubled demographic from Mexico is regarded as a group of "aliens" who are rejected and discriminated by their racial background. The female gender among the population has faced more profound violence and hostilities of discrimination. The article tries to elaborate some of the issues about violence and hostilities. The article is an excellent piece but somehow fails to expound on the way the male Mexican Americans treated their female counterparts (Feagin, J. R., 2002).

In this journal article, Hankivsky, (2012) is attempting to address the issue of health has witnessed massive implications of disparity and discrimination. He describes the setbacks and evaluates the factors which have contributed to perception and racial boundaries in the systems offering healthcare. Intersectionality is a crucial element which should be employed to approach as a universal affair without discrimination unanimously. With the perspective of Intersectionality, multiple collections always act to shape the lives and health experiences people experience without limits of racism and discrimination. The article is very predominant in depicting how in the health sector, Intersectionality avoids measurement of independent and separate inequalities. The author at the end speaks about the Intersectionality challenges which come along with political, social and economic consequences.

The article by Kuznia outlined the frequency which school officials exhibit unintentional racism towards their students who are of color. The article digs deep into the number of occurrences that shows how such students suffer in schools. He also highlights the organization which targets educators to convert them perpetrators of racism. The group is referred as Just Communities. Racism is an extended and globalized version of discrimination. It is an awful social vice that should be discouraged by all means possible. In the article, a Latino student in California is a victim of racism and discrimination despite her successful academic experience. She is also subjected to gender oppression, and her chance to join a 4-year college is shuttered and blown into the sky. The role of Just Communities in closing the gap between minority and majority students is a key element of discussion by the author (Kuznia, 2009).

This article speaks vehemently about the life of the female gender which is adversely affected by racism and discrimination. It gives a formidable evidence of the historical injustices to women which date back to the colonial era. It speaks about the role of history in shaping the modern colonialism which is becoming a challenge in addressing the various issues of racial actions, gender discrimination and oppression (Nancy Stepan, 1998). The role of sexual science in racism and oppressing the voiceless is also discussed. The paper is a perfect piece which gives a contextual understanding of the dichotomous grouping which is fundamental in defining the future of a unified society free from gender disparities.

A study done by Swayne indicates that 40% of the Black Americans have experienced discrimination and racism. Gender discrimination has been subjected to the female non-Hispanic individuals and records suggest that they are the most affected by general disorders of anxiety (Swayne, 2011).
