TI has to ensure that its educational solutions are capable of dealing with the opportunity that has been provided by the Korean initiative. To effectively communicate on its capabilities of dealing with the opportunity, it has to provide previous success in which it dealt with a similar task (Peng, 2013). It is this prospect that it can provide a case study in which they provided Nspire devices that have helped the United States educational system. TI is known to offer the Korean market with hardware and software resolutions for the education system for example in the fields of math and science. TI has to make sure that it enforces how its idea on modern digital textbooks will help improve educational quality. TI will have to ensure that the digital textbooks that it provides are necessary for the student experience in Korea. It can explain how research would be made easier since the digital textbooks that they provide have an interactive function where it has links to references such as articles.

Meeting the Needs of the Korean Educational System

How can TI ensure that its products have all of the attributes necessary to meet the needs of the Korean educational system?

It should be noted that TI has already depicted the capabilities of demonstrating better efficacy on the manner in which they dealt with the US educational market. Given the fact that TI is a US-based institution and its indulging in a Korean market means that there will be cultural differences (Archibugi, & Pietrobelli, 2003). Such differences suggest that there are various formalities in local and foreign education systems. As such, TI has to learn the rules seemingly first (Peng, 2013). TI has to ensure that it observes the product life cycle of the Korean market so as to be well prepared for any outcome. TI has to make sure that it efficiently conducts research to find what the students and the teachers need from its products. Moreover, it can find what additional features or products that will be relevant to the Korean teachers and students (Peng, 2013). TI can research what the Korean students need and may not be familiar that they need the services; as such they can ensure that they provide it. TI can also ensure that it uses their existing workshops to connect with the Korean educators, hence, building a strong relationship that can be an advantage.
