Similar to other teachers who work with more typical kids, a teacher of children with special needs must organize his or her time so that the students may fully comprehend the material and produce high-quality work. We observe that certain pupils learn more quickly than others, as shown in the class profile. Both students are expected to get special attention. Some of the notable ways that a person can use to attend to these students include encouraging the use of discussion in groups where fast learners are put together with slow learners to discuss a concept; in turn a teacher walks around to assist students in areas that they might be having problems.

Questions of the fellow teachers and administration and the information needed before the end of the first week

Teachers should get to know some of the requirements that are necessary when they come back from holidays during their first week in school. This is always made clear to them through the administration by calling a meeting for all teachers before the lessons begin, especially on their first day of opening normally done by the deputy head teacher or a teacher taking care of academics in a school setup. The main role played by teachers in school is the administration of knowledge to the students, and this should always be assigned the priority (Çavdar & Doe, 2012). All teachers should always demand their teaching assignments before they embark on academics to avoid inconveniences during learning process.

During the first week of school teachers needs to direct students on what they should do to make the term successful. They are as well getting informed on the strategies that teachers may use to ensure they successfully obtain their goals. During the process teachers should tell students what they are expected to do and the reason behind it. All these are done purposely to reduce obstructions as well as to help students strategize well according to their teacher's schedule so that everyone is made fit for the term. It is true and clear that teaching and learning process is the best if both a teacher and a learner are well conversant with the subject matter. This is because students should always be made aware of what they are to do within a particular period to make students as well to read ahead of the teacher to improve their understanding.

As per the expectations, teachers together with the administration should always get to ensure that they are in touch with each other immediately they are back from holiday. This is much necessary since each has got his mind and may experience some certain problems that may make him or her not to be back to school as expected. If such happens then the administration together with the available staff members should ensure that all the necessary fields are well taken care of.

The mentioned would include teachers assigning themselves duties according to their areas of specialization to inculcate all the problems experienced in the previous term and advice each other and even help each other on coming up with resolutions to the problems encountered. What if this does not happen within the first week? Some areas would be found to be lagging behind, and this may lead to failure in some fields of study which may not be adorable to the administration. (Brookfield, 2017)

Part 2

Ways of structuring class room setting

Classroom setting can be done in consideration to many factors. These factors assist us to come up with the ways of structuring classroom setting which may include: students learning differences, much expectation from learners, condition, and situation of the class as well as time dedication for various activities (Wilson, 2017).

Classroom can get structured in such a way that students are sited in other row to enable movement of the teacher from one student to another for assistance.

Classroom setting can also be structured in such a way that it enables the teacher or the tutor to stand at particular places where all the students can see him or her, at the same time he or she is also able to see each and every child and what they are doing. That will enhance the performance of the class.

Structuring classroom period

The class period can be allocated depending on the syllabus coverage, length of time remaining to final exams as well as subjects to be taught. For instance, a practice would require much time than History class. Classroom period should be a reasonable one, in that it should not be too long that will make the students to get bored. Also it should not be that short that the teacher moves out of class before the students grasp content.

Classroom period should also get structured according to the lesson plan of the teacher; every teacher is required to have his or her lesson that will guide him through the lesson to ascertain that students receive the content of the day.

Instructional strategies to include accommodation, technology to meet the curriculum content need

Also it is noted that some of the strategies that have been put in place to assist students to excel in Mathematics and English; some of the suggested strategies include, students to reside within school compound, this will give them enough time to do the revision and cover the topics in time.

Another strategy that can get put in place is encouraging students more, so those who had given up on the subject restore hope in that all are possible and that they should fasten their fastidious panacea. In the end, we can make use of the library by bringing more books on the subjects to the library so that the students get enough resources for their studies.
