School is one of the most important periods of our lives. The explanation for this application is dependent on considerations consistent with the student's life stage. Students' behavior during this time frame can be harmful or beneficial to their progress (Colby, 23). As a result, this essay would look at the life of a student who has to work, learn, and do their hobbies all at the same time.

It is important to remember that these activities are basic necessities for students; students should work part-time jobs to supplement their income, they must study in order to get good grades, and they must indulge in hobbies in order to get the much-needed entrainment. The combination of these activates lead to distraction,( Jogaratnam, 34)

A primary feature of the combination of the activities, i.e., doing all three at the same time is the inability to strike a balance. Striking a balance is the fundamental requirement of every student. The failure to determine the right activity to engage in per time will lead to poor time management which is detrimental to the success of students, (Jogaratnam, 54)

The principal aim of students is academic excellence; hence the need to prioritize study over other activities, the combination of work, study and hobbies at the same time will amount to poor academic output, (Rafnsdóttir, et al. 45)

In conclusion, there is need to point out that these activities are all required for the all-round development of a student’s life, however doing all three at the same time is not a good idea and could lead to the failure of such student. Therefore it is advised that students should be able to create a valid timetable, giving attention to each activates at specific times.
