The organizational culture highlights the significance of creativity for example in product design and development. Under innovation, the firm's organizational culture is very innovative. All workers are encouraged to innovate in their work performance. It has a positive influence as it facilitates rapid innovation. Secrecy is a company’s strategy aimed at minimizing theft of essential data. Upon employment, workers agree to this mode of secrecy. Moderate combativeness; the CEO challenges employees to be confident that they have the required work-force to work in Apple.
