The Construction and Audit Department

I'm currently trying to decide on the ideal location for the house and the greatest plan for it. Reducing material waste is a task that must be accomplished after the project has started. I've been planning on building the house for the previous five years, as well as adhering to all building and construction standards set forth by the government.

A plantation garden for the homestead and various historic buildings may be found on the building's site. About 50% of the proposed site has old buildings, and the other half is a free space. It will be essential before starting the main task of construction.

The tasks already completed

In the constructions process, several steps are involved to ensure a stronger house. Until now, I have incorporated my project managers, and about 80% of the work is already completed. With 70% of the task, meeting the set deadlines in the project scheme as well as compliance with the budget set. The material required for the whole project until its completion has already reached the site. The conclusion of the foundation took place in the first one month after commencement of the process. After halftime of the whole time required for project completion, we have managed to have the building three-quarter way constructed. The roofing process of the house is a done deal, however. The walls are made stronger by pouring water on each single day.

Tasks yet to be completed

There are still some steps remaining before full completion of the house. Plumbing and electrical wiring, as well as proper finishing of the house, need keen interest. Digging drainage and septic tanks is a task in progress. The project manager is pushing to ensure that the duties undergo completion within the set deadlines. In so doing, the overall project manager will involve some two more managers to help in the final bit of the house construction. Proper division of the remaining tasks will ensure timely completion of the project. They sometimes plan to have extra time with their workers more so during weekends to see the project complete as per the set plan. Once the above tasks get to completion, the whole project will be complete.

Conclusion

The next extended family meeting will take place on August this year, and the house will be finalized by then. It is important that we stay compliant during the construction period to ensure that the project end by mid-June. We are trying to reduce the environmental pollutions in the last bit of the building process by 50%. It will be a great sign that resultant building is compliant according to the set levels of government compliance systems. The project is of relevance to me as it is a step towards developing my rural home.
