Compared to her peers, who made $200,000 annually from employment in the private sector, Jane had no issues working for $125,000 a year. She enjoyed her work and worked well with the superintendent and the district board despite the fact that she could earn much more money in the private sector. Most importantly, Jane enjoyed the location of her job in the metropolis. Most importantly, Jane's position perfectly matched her qualifications after receiving her MBA from a nearby university. After ten years, Jane had gained the expertise necessary to advance to her current position by working in the district's administrative ranks. Jane wrote down the correct set of initial questions that regarded the new project. First, the project was to address the people who would make the districts wide data system. Secondly, there was need to incorporate the type of information that would make up the system (Jenna, 2009). The next concern would address how the system was to be effectively and successfully managed. Security aspects of the system had to be looked into to ensure that the data system was safe at all the times. It was similarly important if there was an software that would help address the individual needs and whether to involve other districts in solving such problems. I only have to add the question that addresses the type of employees that would be required in developing the district’s data system.

Question 3

Jane and the information team needs to design an information system the meets the needs of the questions that were raised before the onset of the project. It is important to develop a tool kit to help the team implement an information system. It should draw lessons from project optimization as seen with the previous plans (Jan et al., 2013). The toolkit developed to implement an information system should include choosing an alternative that best fits the needs of the district, obtain external help and expertise that will be needed and develops scale that sustains the chosen solution.

Question 4

Jane’s questions needs to be addressed since they will be creating goals of the information system that is to be developed. The system would of course need a program to consider as a fundamental unit through which they can design the data system. It is important to specify the kind of information that will be collected from the program. The data system needs to be flexible for management at whatever place. The data system will also outline how it will be secured from unauthorised access. The data system will be addressing a failed project or a new problem that should be viewed to affect other districts too (Jeremy, 2017).

Question 5

The first group of people should be looked as important in designing, developing and building data system. The individuals are technical to have basic information in programming and mathematics. Just about people working in the system implementation should have a minimum of degree in computer science or information system. However, it is not necessarily a requirement. The list of people recruited to work in a data system implementation within the district would include system analysts, programmer, computer engineer, computer operator, database administrators, help desk support and trainers. Many different individuals make the component of an information system. The world of data system and information technology is changing so fast that new roles are created every day (David, 2014).
