Grizzly Bear Lodge has the privilege of growing rapidly due to some reasons such as the fact that the lodge is situated near Yellowstone National Park gives them the privilege of hosting visitors throughout the year without experiencing any shortage of clients. Conrad's have the opportunity of expanding their business by buying the property next door; this would increase their income in the long run since they would be receiving more clients. The property is strategically located enabling the lodge to build more rooms therein. They also have the opportunity of liaising with local businesses; this would ensure that the clients get other services such as guided rafting, fishing, hiking, and horseback riding trips.

Threats

Because the lodge does not offer services throughout the year, they do not get a substantive amount of income. The limited amount of services offered by the firm makes the clients think that the service they receive is shoddy. The limited number of employees of the firm limits not only the efficiency but the quality of services offered by the clients.

Recommendations

It would be important for the Conrad's to purchase the property next door because it is not only strategically situated but also when built, the rooms would enable the lodge to get more clients and in the long run. The lodge should employ more staff so that they would serve the clients more effectively; this would enable them to give an exemplary service thus increasing the level of client satisfaction. The firm should increase the number of services offered to the clients especially during the peak periods even before the expansion because it would not only earn the lodge a good reputation but also attract more clients. Liaising with the local businesses that such as guided rafting, fishing, hiking, and horseback riding trips increase the chances of the business hosting more clients.
