An example of an ethical difficulty

that I confronted at work was the entity of exercising decision-making elements without considering the prospective outcome. The decision at hand included preserving employees, clients' rights, and workers' views without regard for the outcome of the scenario. The issue of exercising both employees' and clients' rights without considering the likely outcome of decision making resulted in undesirable outcomes in which certain employees and clients took advantage of the circumstance and swindled the firm's products (Flynn et al., 2015). The result was poor performance in the market, i.e. loss of profits. The instigation here is that the ethical challenge generated results that affected my place of work negatively.

I have learnt that Human Resource Management

recommends market based salaries and generates an overall compensation plan. Furthermore, I have realized that Human Resource Management is a department accountable for the entire recruiting process in a firm. My personality can make me a good manager in circumstances where I practice the right managerial skills and I can be bad manager if I opt not to follow the rules and regulations of leadership/administration. To better myself, I will have to follow the set rules and regulations within my atmosphere and also to respect those around me. Additionally, I will do what is assigned before me as a way of practicing the contents of unity as a way of target achievement. Management is not something anyone can do based on the fact that one has to learn and practice to be an effective overseer (Flynn et al., 2015). Administration cannot be practiced by all individuals as it requires understanding, patience and goal-oriented individual to fully ascertain the success of the organization in question.
