Critical thinking is the way of thinking rationally and analytically about any issue, topic, or problem in which the thinker refines the caliber of his or her reasoning through deciphering, analyzing, and rebuilding it. Self-directed, focused, and self-corrective thinking on anything is what is referred to as critical thinking. by presuming some truth without evidence, adhering to strict criteria of quality, and exercising careful control over their use. It fosters effective communication and problem-solving skills as well as a will to reject our irrational and ethnocentric aspirations (Foundation & Thinking, 2015). A good thinker knows how and what to tell a customer about any product, the quality and quantity of the goods his selling. Critical thinking helps in convincing the consumers to buy goods and thus boosting the business.

Critical thinking helps the business person to relate to his or her customers, understanding the nature and reasoning of the customers.by using critical thinking his make the rational decision in the business based on the facts about customers and not feelings (Lau & Chan, 2004).it makes the business person to have good understanding between him and the customers (Lau & Chan, 2004).

Critical thinking helps to improve and foster teamwork in business places the more people are involved the more solutions your business will come up with.
