Cultural norms typically constrain how scientists, particularly those working in biology, present their findings on the natural world. Additionally, the author explores the scientific data surrounding reproductive technology and elaborates on how biological terms are used to address gender stereotypes. While the egg (the female gamete) is portrayed as an inferior and degraded organ, the male gamete (sperm) is typically thought of as a superior reproductive element. The current generation places a high emphasis on natural science, and it is assumed that whatever the findings imply must or (occasionally) likely to be true. Thus, if science is portraying messages and elaborations that articulate and enhance social constructions, it is likely that these ideals shall be internalized by the generation and its individuals. Both men and women have decided to occupy their space or place differently. For instance, males sit with their legs apart, and females do it while their legs are crossed and therefore, from a layman's point of view, the men tend to occupy larger space. It goes beyond the perception of reproductive organs as active or passive. It is the description of societal imagery that not only have an impact on individuals' comprehension of the world and nature, but impacts on people's actions and behaviors ultimately making them seem as natural.

A feature of many feminist arguments is that rape is not a male bio aspect. Society and culture create sexual harassment. There is a belief that rape is universal and how can it be widespread if societies and cultures vary so much. Many feminists believe that abuse is a concern for all women, their entire lives. Also, most feminists unknowingly assume that the practice of rape occurs in all human societies. There are two general reasons for this universalization; one has to do with the understanding of the method as horrific to those in Western societies. The sexualization of violence dramatically intensifies the consequences for women in Western societies. On the other hand, it becomes understood as part of the natural human condition. Rape is widespread in civilized countries; it is assumed to pervade all other societies as well since they are seen as more barbaric and savage than people are.

For an instant, the women accept to be humiliated by the men in various ways, and some of them include accepting rape through blaming victims of rape and viewing the act as an acceptable practice in some culture. Also, women females have disgraced themselves by accepting to participate in activities that would make them appear weak. For instance, women are associated with softness and lack of toughness like men. Also, they allow men to occupy larger space such as in acts of sitting where men take all the space with their widespread legs. Consequently, as illustrated in the articles, the society has allowed the men degrade women by viewing them as sexual objects that are meant for satisfying men and giving birth. Also, the society has allowed the men to overwork the women through the so-called 'head of the house'. Men in different society have neglected most small roles and have delegated them to women.
