I have beliefs that align with Chapman University. Although the university promotes awareness and respect of diversity, I have gained an appreciation for the views of students from different backgrounds, which enables me to work in a diverse environment. Second, I think that regardless of one's affiliations or physical limitations, everyone deserves to be handled with respect and kindness. Respect for others fosters an atmosphere where students feel comfortable voicing their views. As a result, I typically take the time to get to know my coworkers because the more I do so, the more I can identify with their likes and dislikes. Further, the University through Disability Services provides various support services to ensure equal access to education. My interaction and collaboration with students from different religious beliefs, opinions, ancestry, and race, to mention but a few helps me to track their attendance and performance. In this regard, enjoy providing systematic assistance to those that fall behind at schools to help them acquire essential skills for academic as well as personal success. Indeed, my values make me a Chapman. I believe Chapman University is one place where I can build long-lasting partnerships to promote my career development process.
